Order Process :
- Your order is placed when you click the Place the Order Now button, you will then receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email within 3 business days.
- The Order Confirmation email will list all the order details, including invoice number, items and quantity ordered and total invoiced amount.
- In most cases, your order is processed within 3 business days from the time the order is placed.
- You can expect your products to arrive within 2 to 14 business days from your order date.
Shipping and Delivery for Online Orders:
- Delivery within Hong Kong :
- Online orders over HK $ 1500 will be delivered free of charge (not applicable to outlying islands and special districts). HK$30 will be charged for delivery to key urban districts for any online purchase under HK $ 1500. Please call or email us for delivery charge for special districts.
- Delivery to Macau:
- Online orders over $1500 will be delivered free of charge to the local shipper, which will forward products to Macau. Customers will be liable for charges of delivery from local shipper to their companies, approximately HK$50 or above, subject to quantity of products ordered. - Cash and Carry Discount:
- Enjoy an instant 5% discount when making a purchase with cash or cheque payment at our office. Please check Cash & Carry in your online order form and we will contact you as soon as possible.

- Macau customers: All payment must be made pre-paid. We will arrange the delivery immediately after we receive the payment.
